Commercial agreement is contact between two or more parties for commercial activities. While drafting a aggrement/ contract,
it is important to keep in mind that apart from capturing the activity (business) arrangement between the parties,
the aggrement / contract must contain provisions with confidentiality, representations & warranties,
termination, indemnity and limitation of liability, and dispute resolution .
The confidentiality defines what all other information has been received when such confidential
information may be disclosed to the arrangement under the contract.
